• Horse name options and stud prefix/suffix

• Current height measurement in hands
• Colour and pattern of the horse
• Microchip number
• Brand description and position (if applicable)
• Four clear photos of the horse:
  • Front, Left, Right and Rear views
• Breeder name and address
• Foaling date
• If registered with another society:
  • Society name and registration number
  • Copy of registration certificate (PDF or image)
• If ancestry information is provided:
  • Names, colours, and patterns of sire/dam and grandparents
  • Copy of proof documents (PDF or image)
